Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on https://cad.myedrawings.com (and related MyeDrawings / OTO Industries storefronts), operated by OTO Industries S.R.L., Pascani, Iasi, Romania (Trade Register J22/996/2007, VAT RO21473761).

No refunds for standard orders

We do not offer refunds for products sold on this store. All products fall into one of the following categories:

• Downloadable products (CAD drawings, digital files, and related digital content) — these are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once access or download has been provided.
• Physical products available on backorder — these are manufactured or fulfilled to order. Because production and logistics begin after purchase, refunds are not available for backorder items.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the order is for downloadable content and/or a backorder physical product, and that a refund is not available under this policy.

Damaged or defective physical products

If you receive a physical product with manufacturing defects or damage upon delivery, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible so we can open an investigation.

When you write to us, please include:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos or video of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Customer Service will review the case and advise you on the next steps. Depending on the findings, we may arrange a repair, replacement, or another remedy we consider appropriate. This process does not change our general no-refund policy for downloadable products or standard backorder sales.
