How can I search for a specific product in the store?
To search for a product, use the search module at the top of the site. Enter what you are looking for; if matching items exist, a list of results will be displayed.
I am a legal entity. Can I buy?
Yes. https://oto-ind.com; https://myedrawing.com; https://myedrawings.com accept orders from legal entities. To receive a tax invoice with your company details, enter the company information requested during registration or checkout.
What do I do if I want delivery to an address other than the one in my customer account?
During checkout, you can enter the delivery address you want to use for that order.
I forgot my account password. What do I do?
Use the “Recover forgotten password” option on the Account Access / Login page.
What do I do if I want to change the data in my account?
Log in to your account and open the Update Account option in the My Account section.
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes. To shop on this site you must create a user account. You can also create the account after adding products to the Shopping Cart.
Can I modify a placed order?
If you need to change an order, contact us using the contact form and include the order ID from Order History.
Can I find information about previous orders?
Yes. Open the Order History section in your account to review past orders.
I want to purchase a product that is not in stock. How do I proceed?
Many physical products are available on backorder. For availability details, contact us using the contact form on the site, or check the product page for stock / backorder information.
