3D Model License — Usage Terms for CAD Files

Scope. This license grants a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use the purchased/downloaded CAD files, subject to the terms below.
Allowed (summary)
- Make and sell physical products based on the CAD designs (workshop or commercial use, unlimited units).
- Modify, convert and adapt the files to your tooling, materials or standards (e.g., STEP, DWG, IGES, Solidworks).
- Remove branding from models and drawings used in manufacturing deliverables.
- Use in internal documentation, quotes and manuals for your own projects.
Not allowed
- Redistribute, resell, share or publish the CAD files or any derivative files (STEP/DWG/IGES/PDF/Solidworks etc.) in any form, including upload to marketplaces, forums, repositories or “as part of” other downloadable packages.
- Pass the files to clients or subcontractors outside your organization (they need their own license).
- Use our promotional images without permission or remove watermarks from them.
Seats / users
- License is single-seat (one natural person). Teams require one license per user who accesses the files.
Attribution
- No attribution is required, but appreciated (“Design by myedrawings”).
Engineering & safety
- You are responsible for verification, safe fabrication and legal compliance. Designs are a certified engineering service and may require adaptation (materials, tolerances, welds, fasteners).
Ownership
- Files remain the intellectual property of OTO Industries. This is a license, not a transfer of copyright.
